What the dashboard is for
The Dashboard (the Operations Center) is the first screen you land on. It answers one question at a glance: *is my operation healthy right now?* Everything on it is live and scoped to your workspace.
The KPI band
The row of cards at the top summarizes the state of the business. Each card is clickable and takes you to the underlying list:
- Ready to Ship - orders awaiting dispatch.
- At Risk - orders whose delivery deadline is critical.
- In Production - active production batches.
- Low Stock - products below their low-stock threshold.
- Pending QC - lots awaiting a quality decision.
- Open Order Value - the total value of active orders.
Sales pipeline
The Order Pipeline funnel shows where every active order sits - Quote, Order Placed, Processing, Production, Packed, QA Review, Shipped - split by B2B and B2C. It's the fastest way to see where work is piling up.
Orders requiring attention
Below the funnel, Orders Requiring Attention lists the orders that need action, with quick filters for Critical, Due This Week, and Stock Needed. Each row shows the order, customer, product, status, stock availability, deadline, and progress.
Production & inventory health
Further down you'll find active production, a recent stock-activity feed, and inventory health (stock condition and a 30-day trend). These mirror the deeper numbers on Inventory Analytics.
Tips
- Red rows are overdue or blocked - clear those first.
- A No Stock or Partial badge on an order means you need to receive or produce inventory before you can ship. See Low-stock thresholds & reorder alerts.
FAQ
Why is a number zero when I expect data?
The dashboard is scoped to your active workspace and reflects only records you have permission to see. If a KPI is empty, there may simply be no matching records yet.
Does the dashboard update automatically?
Yes - it loads live data each time you open it, and you can refresh it manually from the header.
