Sample data. Lot statuses come straight from the product: AVAILABLE, PENDING_QC, QUARANTINE, REJECTED.
Every receipt creates a stock lot with its own quantity, unit cost snapshot, optional expiry date, and location. Stock is never an anonymous number.
Model warehouses down to aisle, rack, and bin. Every lot knows where it physically sits, so picking and counting stop being guesswork.
Log each supplier delivery with product, quantity, cost, and expiry. The cost is snapshotted permanently and later powers per-order COGS.
