IEMSuite

Your store sells it. Something has to actually track it.

Shopify counts units. IEMSuite tracks the lots, costs, and production behind them, inside your Shopify admin, synced both directions.

Sync you don't babysit

Orders arrive via HMAC-verified webhooks with idempotency guards, so a retried webhook never double-processes anything. Stock changes flow back to the storefront: what customers see is what the warehouse has.

Flash sales without oversells

Allocation locks the source lot at the database level. When two orders race for the last unit, exactly one wins and the other fails cleanly - instead of both succeeding and support inheriting the mess.

Margins per order, not per month

Each order's COGS comes from the actual lots that fulfilled it, frozen at allocation. You see which SKUs, channels, and orders actually make money - before the quarterly spreadsheet ritual.

Make what you sell? Even better.

If your brand manufactures its own products, the production side is already here: recipes, batches that consume ingredient lots, QC gating before anything ships, and batch costs from real consumption. The storefront and the workshop finally share one source of truth.
