IEMSuite is in public BETA
The system is in active development. We are shipping new features weekly and refining existing ones based on your feedback. In return for your patience and bug reports, every feature is completely free until we graduate to general availability.
What Beta Means for You
"BETA" means the product is real and working, but not yet at the polish level we consider production-ready. You may encounter:
- Minor UI glitches - layout issues, missing loading states, inconsistent styling
- Edge-case bugs - unusual workflows may hit unexpected errors
- Feature gaps - some documented features are still being refined
- Occasional slow responses - sync jobs and large data queries are still being optimized
What you will NOT encounter:
- Data loss - your inventory, orders, and production records are safe. We use PostgreSQL with daily backups.
- Security issues - authentication, multi-tenancy, and data isolation are production-grade.
- Broken core workflows - the fundamental loops (receive → produce → ship) work reliably.

How to Make the Most of the Beta
Set up your real data
Don't test with dummy data. Import your actual products, locations, and suppliers. Real usage surfaces real issues faster.
Connect Shopify early
If you use Shopify, connect it in your first session. The Shopify integration is one of the most important systems - more data means more stable sync.
Invite your team
Add your warehouse staff, production managers, and QC inspectors. Multi-user workflows reveal issues that solo testing misses.
Use it for real operations
The best beta testers are those running real business operations through the system. This is how we find and fix real issues.
Report anything that feels wrong
You don't need a reproducible bug. If something feels off, slow, confusing, or broken - tell us. Every report improves the product.

Use the Contact page at iemsuite.com/contact. We read every message and respond within 24 hours on business days.
What Happens When Beta Ends
When we graduate from BETA to general availability, billing will be introduced. Here is exactly what that transition looks like:

You receive an email announcing the transition and plan pricing, well before anything changes.
Prices become visible on iemsuite.com and a banner reminds you to review plans. Billing is still off - nothing is charged.
Billing becomes active. You select a plan and enter payment details. No data is lost regardless of plan choice.
