IEMSuite

Nothing ships until it passes inspection

QC in IEMSuite is not a checklist beside your stock. It is enforced inside allocation: a lot waiting for inspection physically cannot be shipped or consumed. That is the whole point.

Quality Control is included on Growth and Scale plans.

The PENDING_QC gate

When a QC-flagged product is received or produced, its lot starts asPENDING_QCand is excluded from FIFO/FEFO allocation at the database level. No training, no discipline, no "please don't touch the untested pallet" sign required.

Three verdicts, zero ambiguity

An inspection records measurements against your test parameters, then ends in one of three outcomes.

PASS

The lot becomes AVAILABLE. Orders and production batches can allocate it from this moment on.

FAIL

The lot moves to QUARANTINE. It is physically blocked from every allocation until you re-inspect or open an NCR.

CONDITIONAL

Not a clean pass. The lot also goes to QUARANTINE for a decision - use it with restrictions, rework it, or reject it.

Non-Conformance Reports, start to finish

A failed lot deserves more than a shrug. An NCR records the defect with a severity (MINOR, MAJOR, CRITICAL), the root cause, and the corrective and preventive action taken, then moves through a real lifecycle:

Certificates of Analysis

Generate a CoA PDF from a completed inspection when a customer or auditor asks for one - the measurements are already on record.

Common questions

Which plan includes Quality Control?+

QC and NCR are included on Growth and Scale plans. See the pricing page for the current plan lineup.

Can a quarantined lot be recovered?+

Yes. From quarantine you can re-inspect the lot (for example after rework). A passing re-inspection releases it back to AVAILABLE.

What gets measured in an inspection?+

You define test parameters per product (values, ranges, pass criteria). Inspections record actual measurements against them, so the verdict has data behind it.

Does QC apply to production output too?+

Yes. Finished goods from a production batch can enter as PENDING_QC just like received materials, so nothing you made ships untested either.

Make quality a gate, not a suggestion

Inspections, quarantine, and NCRs enforced inside allocation itself.
