Your data is yours
You can take your data out of IEMSuite whenever you like, and if you decide to leave, closing your account is a clear, reversible-until-final process - not a trap.
Export your data
From Settings → Profile, request a data export. IEMSuite generates an export of your data so you always have a copy for backup, migration, or your records.
Request account deletion
Also from Settings → Profile, you can request account deletion. This starts a grace period rather than deleting instantly, which protects you from accidental or hasty closures.
- During the grace period your account still works, and a banner shows how long remains.
- Cancel any time during the grace period to keep your account and data.
- When the grace period ends, deletion is carried out.
Tips
- Export before you request deletion so you keep a copy of everything.
- Changed your mind? Cancel the deletion during the grace window and nothing is lost.
