IEMSuite
The journey of one lot

Follow one lot from raw material to shipped order.

Watch a single lot move through the actual IEMSuite modules - inbound, recipes, production, quality, sales, fulfillment - as one screen transforms and the numbers add up. Scroll to walk it.

Start the journey
01 · Inventory · Products & Locations

Model what you stock, and where

It starts with structure. Every item is a raw material, semi-finished, or finished good - and your space is mapped down to the exact bin, so stock always has an address.

02 · Inventory · Inbound

A lot is born

When goods arrive you log them into the inbound register with a lot number and expiry. From this moment every unit is traceable - meet LOT-2026-0428.

03 · Manufacturing · Recipes & BOM

Define how it’s made

A recipe - the bill of materials - states exactly which materials, and how much of each, go into a product. Multi-step builds flow through semi-finished goods; costs roll up on their own.

04 · Manufacturing · Production

Turn materials into product

A production batch consumes the right lots of raw material and creates finished goods, carrying lineage forward. Fabrication, downtime, scrap and yield are captured as you go.

05 · Quality · Quality control

Nothing ships unchecked

Before stock is released it passes quality control. A failure raises a non-conformance record; a pass releases the lot - and FEFO makes sure the earliest expiry leaves first.

06 · Sales · Orders

Demand meets stock

A customer order - placed directly or synced in from Shopify - reserves the exact stock it needs. Reservations stop you overselling while the order waits to ship.

07 · Fulfillment · Shipments

Pick, pack, ship - in sync

Allocation picks the right lots with FIFO/FEFO, you pack the shipment, and the tracking number flows back to Shopify. Inventory updates everywhere, in the same moment.

08 · Finance · Cost analysis

Close the loop - the real margin

Every step recorded a cost, so once the order ships you get true per-order COGS and margin - not a guess. Stock analytics roll the same numbers across your whole operation.
