What is IEMSuite?
IEMSuite is an all-in-one inventory and manufacturing OS for brands that manufacture, stock, and ship physical products.
Overview
IEMSuite is an all-in-one inventory and manufacturing operating system built for brands that manufacture, stock, and ship physical products. It replaces disconnected spreadsheets with a single source of truth - from raw material procurement to finished-good fulfillment.
Whether you sell on Shopify or manage wholesale B2B accounts, IEMSuite connects every step of your supply chain: inbound receiving → lot tracking → production batching → quality control → order fulfillment → Shopify sync.

- Food & Beverage manufacturers - lot tracking, expiry dates, FEFO allocation
- Cosmetics & personal care brands - recipe-based production, QC gates, compliance traceability
- Nutraceutical & supplement companies - raw material COAs, batch-to-order traceability
- B2B wholesale distributors - quote-to-fulfillment lifecycle, multi-shipment orders
- Multi-SKU e-commerce brands - real-time Shopify sync, backorder resolution

Key Concepts
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Organization | Your company workspace. All data (products, orders, stock) belongs to one organization. |
| Product / SKU | An item you track. Can be a raw material, semi-finished good, or finished product. |
| Stock Lot | A specific physical batch of a product with a unique lot number, quantity, location, and optional expiry date. |
| Inbound Log | A record of receiving stock from a supplier. Creates one or more stock lots. |
| Production Batch | A manufacturing work order that consumes raw material lots and produces a finished good lot. |
| Recipe / BOM | Bill of Materials - defines which raw materials and quantities are needed to make one unit of a finished good. |
| QC Inspection | A quality control check on a stock lot. Results in PASS (lot becomes AVAILABLE) or FAIL (lot goes to QUARANTINE). |
| Reservation | A stock allocation that locks units for a specific order, preventing them from being allocated elsewhere. |
| FIFO / FEFO | Allocation strategy: First In First Out (oldest stock ships first) or First Expired First Out (nearest expiry ships first). |
