A platform administrator can adjust exactly which features and usage limits are attached to each plan, so treat this table as the default configuration rather than a fixed contract - your Settings → Billing page always shows what's actually enabled for your organization.
Upgrading or Downgrading

Go to Settings → Billing
You can see your current plan and all available plans.

Click "Upgrade" or "Change Plan"
Select the plan you want. Upgrades take effect immediately.

For Shopify billing
If you installed IEMSuite through the Shopify App Store, billing is handled through Shopify's subscription API.

For web billing
If you use the web dashboard, billing is managed directly within IEMSuite via Stripe.
If you downgrade from Growth to Starter, your QC data and NCR records are preserved but the QC module becomes inaccessible until you upgrade again.
