Billing & Plans

Understand your current IEMSuite plan, view usage against plan limits, and learn how to upgrade or change plans when billing is enabled.

Manage your IEMSuite subscription in Settings → Billing & Plans. During BETA, all features are free. When billing is enabled at General Availability, your plan determines your feature access and usage limits.

BETA Notice

IEMSuite is currently in public BETA. All plans are completely free with full feature access. No payment information is required. Billing will be enabled when we transition to General Availability - you will receive advance notice with at least 30 days before any charges apply.

Current Plan

Your current plan and subscription status appear at the top of the Billing page. During Early Access, this shows "Free during Early Access".

Plan Features Comparison

Usage limits (warehouses, users, products, orders/month, storage) are configured per plan by the platform and can change - your Billing page always shows the limits that currently apply to your organization. The table below covers feature access, which is stable.

Usage & Limits

The Billing page shows your current usage vs. plan limits for:

  • Total active products
  • Orders created this month
  • Active team member seats
  • Connected locations

When you approach a limit, a warning banner appears in the dashboard. Exceeding a limit blocks the relevant action until you upgrade or free up capacity.

Upgrading Your Plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Plans

View your current plan and the available upgrades.

Click "Upgrade"

Select the plan you want to move to.

Enter payment details

IEMSuite accepts major credit cards and SEPA direct debit. Payment is processed via Stripe.

Confirm

Your plan upgrades immediately. Features from the new plan are unlocked instantly.

Downgrading is available at any time. Features that exceed the lower plan's limits will be locked (not deleted) until you reduce usage or upgrade again.

Billing During BETA

During the BETA period:

  • No payment information is required
  • All plan limits are suspended - use as much as you need
  • You will not be charged for anything
  • When billing is enabled, you will receive at least 30 days' advance notice
  • You will choose your plan during the transition period

Payment & Invoices

After billing is enabled, monthly invoices are generated automatically and sent to the billing email address. Download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.

Annual billing (when available) will offer a 2-month discount. Watch your email for announcements when annual plans are launched.
