B2B Customer Portal
Set up buyer access and customer prices, then place and track wholesale orders.
Set up a customer
In the ERP, open a customer and choose Portal Settings. Enable the B2B portal, choose the modules the customer may access, and save. Set stock visibility to exact quantity, availability status, or hidden. Create a portal user with a unique email and a password of 12 to 72 characters. Share credentials securely. Buyer accounts are separate from ERP staff accounts.
Assign product prices
Under Client Catalog Prices, select an active product, enter its unit price and optional minimum and maximum quantities, then choose Save Client Price. Only products with an active assigned price are available in the catalog. Prices use the organization currency. Editing a shared list makes a private copy for this customer so other customers keep their prices. Remove price takes that product out of the customer catalog.
You can also assign an existing active price list in the same currency. Save Portal Settings after changing the assignment. Product cost is never used as a fallback selling price.
Sign in and order
Open the customer portal and sign in. Use Catalog to search products, enter quantities and add them to your cart. CSV import accepts the template shown in the catalog. Review the cart before submitting. Prices and quantity limits are checked again on the server. An account on credit hold submits a quote request. Otherwise available credit considers unpaid invoice balances, recorded payments and accepted orders awaiting invoices. If the limit would be exceeded, reduce the order or contact your supplier.
Use Start guided tour inside the portal for a short introduction. On phones and tablets, open the menu to switch pages. Cart notifications describe items in this browser; they do not send reminder emails. The catalog does not infer product variants from SKU prefixes.
Open customer portalInvoices and documents
When enabled, Invoices shows issued invoices and remaining balances after payments. Open an invoice and choose its PDF or print action; the browser print dialog can save it as PDF. Follow payment instructions agreed with your supplier. The portal does not collect card payments or invent bank details. Documents provides downloads only for your customer account.
Tracking and troubleshooting
Open an order to review its status and generate a time-limited guest tracking link. Anyone with that link can view its tracking details until it expires or portal access is disabled, so share it only with intended recipients. Invalid and expired links return a not-found page.
An empty catalog usually means no active prices have been assigned. Missing tabs mean the supplier disabled those modules. If sign-in fails, ask the supplier to check your user and customer access. Changing a buyer password invalidates previous sessions. If checkout reports a pricing or credit change, review the cart before trying again; repeated submission of the same request does not create a duplicate order.
