Stock Transactions
View and create manual stock adjustments, understand the transaction log, and track every movement of stock through IEMSuite.
Every change to a stock lot balance - inbound receipt, production output, fulfillment, transfer, or manual adjustment - is recorded as an immutable Stock Transaction. This gives you a complete, auditable history of every stock movement.

Manual Adjustments
Use manual adjustments to correct discrepancies found during stock counts, record damaged or expired goods disposal, or add stock that arrived outside the normal inbound flow.
Go to Inventory → Products and open the product
Click "Adjust Stock" on the product detail page.
Select the lot
Pick the specific stock lot to adjust.
Enter the quantity
Enter the absolute change amount (not the new total). E.g., if you have 50 units and found 3 extras, enter 3.
Add a reason
Recommended for traceability - for example: cycle count, damage, loss, or found.
Submit
The lot balance updates immediately and a transaction record is created.
Transaction Log
View all transactions for your organization in Inventory → Stock movements. Filter by date range, product, location, type, or user. Export to CSV for external reconciliation.
Correction Transactions
If you logged the wrong quantity, use a correction adjustment with reason "Correction" to bring the lot back to the correct balance. Always add a note explaining what was corrected and why - this preserves the audit trail.
Audit Trail
The transaction log, combined with user tracking on each record, forms a complete audit trail. Each transaction records:
- Timestamp (UTC)
- User who created it
- Source system (web, Shopify webhook, production batch, etc.)
- Lot and product snapshot at the time of the transaction
