Web App

Use IEMSuite in the browser at app.iemsuite.com, with or without a Shopify store.

IEMSuite runs in the browser at app.iemsuite.com. You do not need Shopify to use it.

Standalone Web Mode

Sign in with your email and password to use inventory, manufacturing, orders, quality control, cost analysis and team settings, subject to your plan and role. Shopify-only functions (order import, stock push, fulfillments) need a connected store.

Web and Shopify Admin

If your store is connected, IEMSuite also opens inside Shopify admin (Apps → IEMSuite), where Shopify handles sign-in. It includes dedicated quality control, cost analysis and production cost pages for your Shopify-linked products. Settings that protect password sign-in, such as two-step verification, apply to the web app only.

Signing In

Go to app.iemsuite.com and sign in. New companies apply at iemsuite.com/register; once approved, sign-in details arrive by email. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset your password.

Multiple Organizations

One account can belong to several organizations. The workspace selector at the top of the sidebar switches between them, and each organization's data is fully isolated.

Everything on screen belongs to the active organization. Check it before making changes.

The search box at the top of every page (Ctrl K, or ⌘ K on a Mac) looks across your workspace as you type: products by name, SKU or barcode, stock lots by lot number, orders by order number, customer PO or customer, customers, invoices, shipment tracking numbers, production batches, QC inspections and non-conformance reports, recipes and locations. Results are grouped by type; use the arrow keys and Enter to open one. Opening a lot takes you to its product with that lot already filtered.

You only see results you have permission to open. For example, a role without access to orders does not see orders in search.

Getting Data Out

  • Export My Data on your profile downloads your account data
  • Printable PDFs are available for orders, shipments, stock movements, batches and quality records (see Company Documents & PDFs)
  • Invoice PDFs, and issued invoices can be sent to QuickBooks Online

There are no bulk CSV exports of lists.
