Web Dashboard

Use IEMSuite as a standalone web application - understand what features are available in web mode vs. the Shopify embedded app.

IEMSuite works as a fully standalone web application atapp.iemsuite.com - no Shopify integration required. You can manage your entire inventory, manufacturing, and order operations directly from the web dashboard.

Standalone Web Mode

In standalone web mode, you log in with your IEMSuite email and password. All core features are available:

  • Full inventory management (products, lots, adjustments)
  • Manufacturing (recipes, batches, BOM)
  • B2B order management and fulfillment
  • Quality control and NCR management
  • Multi-user access with RBAC roles
  • Reports and cost analysis

Shopify-specific features (order import, inventory push, fulfillment sync) are only available when a Shopify integration is connected to your organization.

The Shopify embedded app is a lightweight inventory view designed for quick stock checks by store staff. Full operations (manufacturing, QC, B2B orders, settings) require the web app.

Accessing the Dashboard

Navigate to app.iemsuite.com and sign in. If you have not registered yet, create an account and set up your organization from the onboarding wizard.

Multi-Organization Support

A single IEMSuite account can be a member of multiple organizations. Use the organization switcher in the top navigation bar to switch between organizations. Each organization has completely isolated data.

Switching organizations changes all data in the dashboard - inventory, orders, products, and settings all belong to the active organization. Make sure you are working in the correct organization before making changes.

Data Export

Export your data from any list view using the Export CSV button. Available exports include:

  • Products and SKUs with current stock levels
  • Stock lots with lot numbers, quantities, and expiry dates
  • Transaction log for a date range
  • Orders and order lines
  • Production batch history
  • NCR report
